Father, I need your help. I'm so afraid of my doctor's appointment and biopsy next week, and what they will find. I've tried to turn it over to you, but the fear remains. Please, Father, I am not strong enough to hold onto this fear. Yet, I can't seem to turn it over to you. Please take it from me. Help me to be confident and optimistic. My stomach is in knots, and I cannot sleep. Father, calm me. And if it be your will, please let all be okay. I have just recently returned to the church with such openess, love and willingness to learn and do. I want to know that level of comfort that others have, and have been searching. Please, Father, comfort me. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
