Lord,
I have cursed you, given up my morals and contibuted to thinks that i don't want a part of, all to survive. I've prayed to you for abundance and the ability to cover my bills via my art but you've not opened the way. I've only found opening to money via things I don't really wanna do. I am asking for protection and forgiveness and also for abundance from my creative activities. I'm sick of this struggle and, frankly, sick of this life.
I have enough faith and honest belief in the power of miracles to ask "how am i to believe in your love for me or the goodness of this path if you let me to suffer fruitlessly for so long and endlessly?" I beleive enough in your power to honestly say: you have allowed my heart and soul and belief to be raped and I don't like this life or place. I need your response or want to be released from this painful and loveless world.

Moving on from a nervous breakdown + breakup -
Lord, thank You for helping me have the courage to refuse to let my nervous breakdown and bad split continue to ruin my life. For six months, I functioned out of fear, trauma, and pain, like a tape kept playing in my mind. Once I decided to let down some barriers (I unblocked my apparently abusive ex, his friends, family), for some reason I realized I wasn't letting what happened determine my life. Thank You so much!
I have one request, though. I am still vulnerable and heartbroken. I think a part of me will always love the person who admitted to using me and taking advantage of me and lying to me, even though his lies almost destroyed my life and WRECKED my reputation... please let me have the strength to let this go. He is young (18), foolish, and maybe didn't mean to do what he did, but it doesn't excuse it.
Just.. help me to protect my heart and build myself back up again... I need it, a lot, because I am scared that now that I finally have come out of this okay, that something will try to pull me back... maybe even him.

Restoration of a relationship -
Dear Lord Jesus,
Please look upon me with pity as I once again ask to please help me restore my relationship with Jonas. May he open his heart for me again and let go of the past hurts that we caused each other. I have no way to communicate with him as he left the country and I only have You Lord Jesus to convey the message that I want to tell him. May he realize his shortcomings and let go of his pride to communicate with me so we can talk things out. Please don't let him throw away the 3 long years that we've been together. You brought him back into my life after more than 10yrs and I know that You will bring him back to me again. I know that I also have my share of shortcomings, please tell him that i'm willing to make it up to him if he will just talk to me. Loved ones and cancer -
Lord, thank you for Katherine; she has been a great comfort to me. Thank you, too, for Doug. His work keeps him away, but when we do talk his words are encouraging. I pray that Doug remains well. I pray that I am as comforting to Katherine and Doug as they are to me. Please continue to comfort Marissa and her family as they grieve. Lord, may Cecilia’s visit with her doctor be routine and may she remain cancer free. Thank you, Lord, for Lisa and the assistance she has offered to me.
Lord, bless the doctors and techs treating me now and guide them. I often feel like an overly tired selfish child when it comes to prayer. Lord, like everyone else I do not deserve your grace, but I know that you love me. You have brought me this far and I desire to be around another 30 years for my daughter.
